Our remote backup solution encrypts your daily data sets and transfers them securely via https to our data center. In addition, you can also have complete IT systems of your infrastructure backed up by us, so that they can be restored and operated directly by us in the event of a total hardware failure.
User data from various cloud solutions, e.g. Microsoft 365, can also be integrated in the backup process.
Your incremental backups are stored securely in our data center for 14 days and then merged into the existing full backup. This ensures the possibility of recovery at any time.

E-mail archiving
bitformer offers you modern and secure e-mail archiving: you can access the archived e-mails at any time via an encrypted connection – even from your own Microsoft Outlook client, for example.
Our service stores copies of all e-mails in a central archive in the bitformer data center. Intelligent management reduces storage requirements by up to 70%. This means that even with large amounts of data, you can comply with the years-long retention periods without hesitation. All e-mails and file attachments can be quickly retrieved using the full-text search.
